Using feedback to create a successful digital excursion

Fiona Bowen

Learning Producer, MoAD

This talk will discuss how obtaining regular ongoing feedback and evaluation  is an integral part of the creative process for our pilot digital excursion.  Sourcing comprehensive feedback before a program of needs, then after from students, teachers, presenters, as well as quantitative observation of actual engagement – and amending the program accordingly. This was done 3 times, with 3 separate iterations of the program, using 10 presented program sessions. The result? A robust program that has been tested!
